value: 0 Default value. This value is unused.
ACTIVE

CONFLUENT_CLOUD_PERMISSION_DENIED

PUBLISH_PERMISSION_DENIED
value: 3 Permission denied encountered while publishing to the topic.
UNREACHABLE_BOOTSTRAP_SERVER
value: 4 The provided bootstrap server address is unreachable.
CLUSTER_NOT_FOUND
value: 5 The provided cluster wasn't found.

CONFLICTING_REGION_CONSTRAINTS
